Randal Og 0-11      Douglas 0-05

Randal's met the Seandun divisional champions Douglas int he semi final of the Junior B County (Div) championship last Saturday evening the 4th December.

It was a well contested first quarter with Douglas holding a slight advantage but Randal's were first to score when Barry O'Driscoll put over a free after three minutes.

Douglas got the equalizer but Barry O'Driscoll was on target again in the ninth minute.

Douglas equalized and the they were awarded a penalty, which was brilliantly saved by Ciaran Murray to leave it 0-02 all at the first water break. 

The second quarter saw Randal's go into the lead again with points from Peter Collins and Barry O'Driscoll.

Douglas got one back but Conor O'Neill and Sean Daly scored from play to leave it 0-06 to 0-03 at half time.

Scores were still hard to come by in the second half. Douglas got a point but Conor O'Neill and Peter Collins were on target leaving it 0-08 to 0-04 at the second water break.

Randal's were now in control and Barry O'Driscoll and Sean Daly but three more points over to finish the game on 0-11 to 0-05 in what was a very tough physical game in very harsh weather conditions.
