The rescheduled under 21 football quarter-final match - Randals v Whitechurch was played at Ballinhassig on Thursday last, 11th July.
It was a tough encounter all through.
Whirechurch did all the early scoring and were 2-3 to 0-0 ahead after sixteen minutes.
Randals rallied during the second quarter. Conor O'Neill got a point from a free. Daire Hayes added another and Donncha Collins got through for a goal close to half time. It was 2-3 to 1-3 at the break, Conor O'Neill having the last word with another pointed free.
Whitechurch stretched their lead with two points within five minutes of resumption.
Conor O'Neill sent over again from a free but Whitechurch retained control getting five more points and a third goal.
The last score of the game was a goal from a penalty, in injury time, put away expertly by Conor O'Neill.
It was : Whitechurch 3-10 Randal Og 2-4 at full time.
